A flood of letters about atrazine in local papers will help convince Syngenta and the EPA that the time has come to withdraw this dangerous pesticide. Use this simple tool to quickly send a letter to a newspaper in your area. Remember, keep your letter under 200 words.

  • With fertility problems, low birth weights and birth defects all on the rise throughout the country, finding a pesticide linked to this suite of problems that also happens to contaminant our water supply should be cause for concern.

  • Syngenta, the chemical giant that sells atrazine, seems to think their profits (which grew 75% last year!) are more important than these risks. Its high time they pulled this toxic weed killer from the U.S. market.

  • Shouldn’t our government agencies be helping farmers find safer ways to grow corn? Seems to have worked for the Europeans - their farmers are doing just fine. Let’s give it a try here.
